What does it mean if you’re an Authorized Retailer?

  • The brands that we work with have given us retail rights to their products.


Do you have a physical store?

  • Not at the moment. You can purchase all of our products in our online store.


Are all of the brands you sell Cruelty-Free?

  • They are indeed!

  • Email us your queries at and we’ll do our best to assist you!


Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes you can cancel your order within the first two hours after the order has been placed. Thereafter we can't allow cancellations.


How long does it take for you to process my order?

  • We will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days after receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”).


Can I use a PO Box as my shipping address?

  • Unfortunately, not. Please ensure that you use a physical address as your shipping address. We also encourage all customers to use their business address if you will be at work during the week.


Do you ship throughout South Africa?

  • Definitely! Currently, we ship nationwide.
