What does it mean if you’re an Authorized Retailer?
- The brands that we work with have given us retail rights to their products.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment. You can purchase all of our products in our online store.
Are all of the brands you sell Cruelty-Free?
They are indeed!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided that your order has not been dispatched yet. If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
Do you offer Returns and/or Refunds?
- Please refer to our Returns Policy. Please note that in the event of a refund, we charge a 10% admin fee which is based on the total value of your order, including the shipping charge.
How long does it take for you to process my order?
We will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”).
How long does Delivery take?
- Once your package has been dispatched, it may take between 2 - 7 working days to be delivered.
Can I use a PO Box as my shipping address?
Unfortunately, not. Please ensure that you use a physical address as your shipping address. We also encourage all customers to use their business address if you will be at work during the week.
Do you ship throughout South Africa?
Definitely! Currently, we ship nationwide.
Can we purchase your products to resell them?
- Unfortunately not. We are not authorised to resell to other brands/companies/individuals who have the intention to resell. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
